Take with a gallon of salt

Yikes, I tried this delicious soup and was thinking yum yum it's spicy it's coconuty and it's chickeny.

Hell's Bells it's mostly SALTY according to the label. It has 1010mg of sodium per serving, and I had TWO servings in my soup mug. They should put a warning label on stuff that is this hazardous.

Universal symbol for..

..if you have a curling iron, left-handed child prisoners will break out to steal it from you. The upside is, you'll receive top ramen from the sky as a result. Yum.

I heart cupcakes

Friday, I brought homemade cupcakes to work. Did too. I left them in a container Friday, so today I come to work and someone has nicely washed the rubbermaid container and left a post-it note on it, "thanks" with a smiley face. Fast forward (I wish) to the end of today, I carry said container out to my car. I realize as I get in my car that the post-it note had become attached to my left boob for the entire trek out to my car in the big parking lot downtown. My left boob says "thanks" with a smiley face. Awesome.

shooting up

Jan and I celebrated her birthday by going to the shooting range, driving range, home for drinks, and then having Gary take us to Tlaquepaque for a kickass Mexican dinner. I suffered all night giving birth to my food baby. Ugh. me
Jan
Jan did pretty good for her first time shooting, and shooting such a big caliber gun. (40 cal and a 9mm) The lady at Target Masters was so helpful she put us at ease. I have never been to a gun range, only outdoors with friends. (i.e. blowing up tanks in the Black Rock Desert or killing Budweiser cans, and rightly so, in Mountain Ranch, etc.)
Yesterday, Gary and I went to Big Sur with Moxie who I've decided is an English Shedder, and of course I forgot my camera. It was sooo pretty. We stopped at the Maiden Publick House on Highway 1 where I tried a Belgian Beer, "Leffe" I think is what it was. It was tasty.
