penstoday on eBay email abuse
eBay seller penstoday, penstoday@aol.com has gone off the deep end. I tried working out with them directly that they had sent me the wrong pen refills. I have a genuine Cross rollerball. The off brand they sent me doesn't fit. I went back and forth with them to without satisfaction. It would result in me putting out even more money for shipping it back, in order for a chance of a refund. Lame. So, instead I utilized the eBay feedback system, to spare any future buyers the grief I had. I should have used this tool before buying. Here's some emails from penstoday@aol.com :

I've had issues with this buyer too. I bought 30 refills because it was a good price, and only received 6.
I've threatened him with a lawsuit. Do me a favor, and contact him via eBay telling him/her that you'll be joining me in filing the court papers.
If need be, we can try and contact the other defrauded buyers and seek some compensation.
If you can get a hold of the other negative reviewers from your toolhaus site -- that would be great!
